Hello everyone! I'm finally back with another video for you all. I filmed this one probably a couple of months ago. I've just been so swamped with things lately, in real life and with card making and have just been really struggling with time. But hopefully I've got myself under control now and can get back into videos!
To begin my card today I stamped out my flowers and leaves from the Adore You stamp set with some black ink and clear embossed over them. Once my panel was ready I could start on my messy watercolour. For my water colouring today I'm using Zig Clean Colour Real Brush Markers. For the technique, I scribble some colour onto the centre of the flowers, then take my sprayer bottle and spray on the colour and let it flow and spread over the lines of the flowers and I continue this until I'm happy with the result. I wanted mine to spread quite a bit, so I did a few layers and used lots of water - heat drying each layer as I went along.
Once everything was coloured, I stamped a sentiment from the same Adore You stamp set onto a strip of black cardstock and white heat embossed it. I adhered it to my panel with foam tape and then I popped my entire panel up with fun foam. I chose a piece of pink cardstock and adhered it to a card base, then adhered my panel on top and that finished up my card for today.
The video is linked down below.
I hope you enjoyed. I'm not 100% certain on this technique, it didn't turn out how I thought it would, but I like it enough to share!
Thanks for stopping by today and I'll be back soon with some more videos.
